Trey was born and raised in Texas. He joined the Navy in 1997 and married his high school sweetheart, Lee. Over the next 20 years they lived in Italy, Texas, Hawaii and California, finally retiring from the Navy in 2018 answering a call to full time ministry. Trey and Lee have 3 daughters, Avery, Riley and Kinley. While stationed in Italy, Trey was the first in the family to trust Jesus Christ as his personal Savior, followed by Lee about 8 months later. They were blessed to see their daughters also trust Christ as Savior and are so thankful that they love and enjoy serving the Lord as young adults. After Trey retired, he was hired as an Assistant Pastor at Canyon Ridge Baptist Church in San Diego. Through God’s providence, Trey was called to serve in Hawaii in a Pastoral role. As a former member of Ko`olau, while stationed in Hawaii and after 12 years, Trey now is excited and honored to serve at Ko’olau Baptist Church as an Assistant Pastor.
